TLAP Year Three and Four Highlights

Year 3 have had a fantastic first week back. They were visited by a dinosaur who destroyed the classroom which prompted the children to write a newspaper article about the incident for their cold task. In RE they completed a cold task on the Jewish celebration.

This week in Year 4, we started our new text map – an instructional text of how to invade a country with a Roman army. Children designed their own symbols to help remember this text. In Geography, we compared two volcanoes and their benefits and detriments to the local area of each. In Science, we looked at the 3 main states of matter. In Art, we created sculptures of pyramids from clay.
