Our aspiring Olympian rowers had an inspiring Q&A with James Fox MBE! From first strokes on the water to winning gold, they delved into the hard work and dedication needed. Huge thanks to James for his wisdom, Jenny Blay for organising, and Nigel Weare for facilitating!
